Dance Co. is the lifelong dream of Kathy Feder. "As a child sitting on our balcony, I watched the dance classes at the studio next door to us. I was mesmerized by the connection made between music and dance. My Mother observed this and gave me the opportunity to join the class! My first class was Tap which was followed with Ballet, Jazz and acrobatics. What started out as weekly visits to the dance studio became my daily existance. I could not get enough! I became an assistant teacher at 10 years old and as I entered my teens was offered to teach my own classes. I've been blessed to teach somewhere ever since. Elementary schools, after school programs, community centers, and at other studios. Owning and operating my own studio has been a lifelong dream. I am inspired and hope I can inspire you! Through this art form, I am thankful everyday for the people that I have met, and for being given the opportunity to express myself. My greatest pleasure is watching my students advance and grow through dance. My philosophy is that all people young and old need a way to express themselves. Everybody should be exposed to some kind of art, whether it be music, theatre or dance. My goal for each of my students young and young at heart is to be able to express themselves and feel the rhythm."
